What is a Doula?

A Doula is a non medical support person. I provide informational, physical and emotional support throughout all experiences in the childbearing years. This can look different for each individual, as each person will have their own unique needs. I will meet you where you are at, with an open mind and open heart. 
I am a body to lean on, a shoulder to cry on and a resource for education and knowledge.  My goal is to provide you with the confidence and information to make informed decisions each step of your journey. All people deserve to feel heard, supported and loved.

Who is Olivia?

I am a passionate & caring mom of 2 kids, 1 cat and 1 dog. I am also a part time Hairstylist, huge book lover & mediocre baker. 
I have always felt a draw to helping people.  My own fertility and birth experience showed me how important it was to have support in the family building years. I look forward to helping you at all stages of your journey!

Why Hire a Doula?

Many of the experiences we have through the childbearing years can be overwhelming, scary or even traumatizing. We often enter these experiences with little knowledge of what to expect or how to navigate all the many possible outcomes that could arise. A doula can support you through all of it. I work with all people who are looking to get pregnant, currently pregnant, navigating Assisted Reproductive Technology, Adoption, Surrogacy, experiencing loss (or have had previous loss) or simply trying to understand their menstrual cycle a bit better. You deserve to have someone in your corner through it all.
